Contracts Administrator The candidate reporting to the Director of Contracts, will be key individual contributor on a high performing contracts team which coordinates and executes all phases of a contract including to, pre-sales, new sales, renewals, and services contracts. In this role, you will perform and coordinate contract administrative activities which include the review and response to customer request for changes to our Terms of Service Agreement and NDAâ€™s and will help to drive the core contract business in order to grow company revenue and profitability consistent with our strategic business goals. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for communicating internally and externally to facilitate the day to day contracts operation. Review customer requests for changes to Terms of Service Agreement and Statement of Work documents. Files executed contractual documents and records the documents in the document retention spreadsheet. Work closely with the contracts team, sales, finance and legal as needed to ensure all contracts are accurate. Partners with the sales and services teams to ensure coordinated and seamless customer interaction through the accurate and timely review, drafting and negotiation of contract terms. Manages external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner. Uses Salesforce.com to manage workload/contract review case requests. Works closely with the various departments early in the contract process to oversee review of contractual terms, knows when to include Director of Contracts for assistance with review and negotiation of terms. Accurately monitor progress of contract negotiation, discuss potential operational issues and provide recommendations for continuous process improvements in contract administration and develop follow-up plans to address any such issues.
Qualification and Experience
A BA/BS Degree in business related field preferred; Paralegal certificate or experience working in a law office a plus. Should have 2-5 yearsâ€™ experience in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. Requires strong oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must. Must have experience working with a CRM or sales automation software (specifically, Salesforce.com). Must be able to accurately and quickly manage specific tasks through prescribed processes and use critical thinking to bridge any process gaps on non-standard tasks. Must be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines, including multitasking in a high volume transactional environment. Knowledge of SaaS agreements or Software License Agreements is a plus. Working knowledge of GDPR a plus.
