The candidate should have 2 years of experience in litigation, trial preparation, litigation maintenance, document management, calendaring, etc. Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved Paralegal program. Knowledge of construction defect law and complex litigation required. Exceptional organizational, computer and technical skills required. Experience with case management and trial preparation required. Must possess strong grammar, spelling and editing skills. Experience with filing procedures required. Must be a team player, possess a positive attitude and pick up on things very quickly. Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills required. Experience conducting investigations and legal research required. Proficient drafting of discovery requests and responses, correspondence and pleadings required. Knowledgeable and experienced with depositions and interrogatories required.
