Legal Assistant - Post Judgment Duties: Accountable for daily activities of the Post-Judgment team; coordinates utilization of resources; analyzes and recommends changes necessary to Ops manager. Interacts with Partner & Ops management to ensure smooth coordination of Timelines and Quality. Identifies potential problems, troubleshoots and participates in analysis of problems and provides input for future process improvements. Approves schedules for Paralegal staff inside the team, PTO usage and over time. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and client directives to achieve overall company goals. Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster aid and to promote a cooperative working environment. Projects a favorable image of the company. Keeps immediate superiors fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken. Helps on board and train new employees among the team.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
