Duties:

• Handle legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial office leases.
• Collaborate with clients to structure real estate agreements in alignment with their business goals.
• Conduct thorough due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate laws and regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams within the firm to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate law.
• Proven expertise in acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial leasing.
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local and federal real estate laws and compliance requirements.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in the state of Ohio or ability to become licensed in Ohio.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission.
