Part-Time Litigation Assistant The candidate will provide document clerk support for Civil Litigation group in office. Assisting attorneys and paralegals with document review and indexing/summarizing document productions, organizing documents received from client as well as preparation for discovery issues, document productions, summarizing deposition testimony, light drafting of documents and/or research. Assisting paralegals with redacting and bates stamping documents for document productions, Adobe based tasks such as conversion of documents from PDF to Word, combining PDF's, and converting PDF’s into searchable documents, scanning and photo copying, compiling pleading and/or exhibit notebooks for trials, hearings, arbitrations, other tasks as assigned by the litigation attorneys or paralegals. Should have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe.
