El Paso office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks tax attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will serve in the representation and service include domestic, international and cross-border tax planning, tax compliance and administration, state and local taxes, and defense in tax controversies. Will structure complex business arrangements such as the acquisition and disposition of assets, stock and interests in corporations, partnerships and joint ventures. Should have an . degree in tax. Must have broad-based experience in both business and tax law, including forming for profit and not-for-profit business entities; the purchases and sales of businesses and real estate; business succession planning; tax planning; tax audits; administrative appeals; tax litigation; and tax-exempt entity matters. Texas Bar admission required. New Mexico Bar admission a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and ties to El Paso are desirable.
