Duties

• Manage and litigate cases related to:
  • Insurance Defense Litigation
  • Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith
  • Product Liability
  • Appellate Representation
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary case information.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices relevant to insurance defense.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense or related areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism and ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in Indiana (required).
