Litigation Technology Paralegal Duties: Document review, assisting and preparation of pre- trial and pre-deposition documents and research, candidates must possess experience with review tools’ program managers and e-discovery teams to oversee document review, tagging, productions and privilege logs. Additional responsibilities include: work with CIO and Litigation Department Co-chairs to evaluate, recommend and implement litigation support software; provide electronic trial, mediation and arbitration assistance and support to attorneys; organize case files for efficient retrieval and review through automated means such as scanning, indexing and developing/maintaining databases for document reviews and productions; and coordination with IT Training Manager and outside vendors in connection with in-house training programs for attorneys and staff.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required; 5+ years of Litigation Technology Paralegal experience; Expertise with broad spectrum of litigation support software applications; excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills, follow- through and initiative.
