Restructure HR to deal with the issues between employees so that the atmosphere can be more positive. Pay employees what they are worth.Pros : The firm is small, so that fosters a sense of community. The work is fairly easy and workers are not pushed too hard. Decent balance for work and life. It is nice to be able to interact with everyone.
