The candidate must have 4+ years of experience as a litigation practice assistant or legal secretary. Must have in-depth knowledge of federal and local rules. Must have accurate typing of at least 70 words per minute. Must have strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office, document management, e-filing and database software. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have superior organizational skills including filing, calendaring, and proofreading.
