Philadelphia office of our client seeks intellectual property physics associate attorney with 3+ years of patent prosecution experience, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, client counseling, opinion development and due diligence activities. The candidate should have practical experience and an in-depth knowledge of physics. Must have Bachelor of Science, Master of Science or Ph.D. in Physics. Active USPTO Registration is essential. Must be good standing in the Bar(s) where licensed to practice law, and willing to sit for the Pennsylvania or Delaware Bar if not already licensed in one of those states.
