Entry-Level Paralegal The candidate will be working for a local law firm specializing in Personal Injury, Social Security Disability and VA Disability. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining contact with clients on a consistent basis, ordering and obtaining medical records, drafting pre-hearing memos while accurately analyzing and summarizing medical records, and basic administrative responsibilities such as telephone calls, drafting emails, sending mail and scanning documents.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have experience working with Microsoft Office programs, be comfortable on the phone and be able to meet strict deadlines. Must have great attention to detail, strong phone and computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for the clients. Must have a positive attitude and be comfortable interacting with clients, team members and attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
