Review:

"Helpful Work Place"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

I think if the firm was to hold more meetings that involved the partners talking to the associates it might help the culture at the work place.

Pros : I really appreciate the help I get from the other attorneys that work here. I've had to kind of fend for myself at a few other firms that I have worked at and this place is different. The attorneys have no problem helping each other.
Cons : There seems to be a disconnection between the partners and associates. Even though the relationships between the superiors and subordinates are professional, there could be more communication.
