Qualification and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS: JD degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state Bar . 8+ years of experience in labor and employment law. In-house legal department or secondment experience. Experience investigating and/or advising on investigations of employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and policy violations. Experience with California employment law. Employment litigation experience. Experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners. PREFERRED: California Bar Membership. Experience with international employment issues.
