Legal Counsel - Contract The candidate will review and advise firm on matters related to labor, employment, immigration, contract, and other legal issues common to an international organization. Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts. Lead contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners. Develop, implement, and own the contract process from template through final signature. Review and negotiate a variety of agreements such as vendors and partnerships. Advise and assist on legal matters including HR, labor, immigration, litigation, corporate, and others. Partner with the management team to achieve corporate objectives. Continually look for new opportunities and improvements to advance the company. Manage outside counsel as needed. Must be admitted to the California Bar. Should have 3-6 years of experience in-house and/or top-tier law firm primarily in employment, immigration, benefits, or similar work. Superior communication, drafting and negotiation skills is required. Experience with CA HR, labor, employment, and immigration is a plus.
