Duties:

• Represent insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs for state and federal court cases.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on insurance coverage disputes.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparations.
• Advise clients on insurance coverage matters, including risk assessment and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (required).
