Litigation Legal Assistant The candidate will support multiple attorneys and handle many tasks critical to the success of the firm. Provide full support to firm attorneys and other legal assistants. Prepare intricate legal documents and correspondence, such as Motions and Pleadings. E-filing legal documents. Maintain files, answer phones, process time sensitive mail. Schedule meetings and manage attorneys'' schedules. Should have 2 years prior experience in a business office environment supporting a professional team ideal. Must have time management and organizational skills required to provide support to a large group of professionals. Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is required. E-filing experience preferred. Should have typing skills with attention to grammar and accuracy. Must have good working knowledge of the following software applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior personal Injury and Insurance Defense experience preferred. Estimated Duration: 3 months.
