Paralegal/Legal Assistant Duties: Drafting of legal documents as needed. Opening the office on time. Creating a welcoming environment. Answering the phones. Directing client calls. Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Proficiency in Spanish is required, both written and spoken. Excellent writing and reading skills in English is a must, as is attention to detail. Must be personable, professional, dependable, and have outstanding organizational skills while performing in a fast-paced environment. He or she should have the ability to multi-task and be able to assist in other administrative functions, when needed. Bilingual required (English/Spanish). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Great verbal, telephone, and written skills. Organized, attentive, and reliable. Works well under pressure. Punctual and dependable. Must have an outgoing personality. Must be able to multi-task. Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
