Legal Assistant Duties: Preparing and answering discovery, scanning and filing of all documents, setting client appointments, answering and returning client calls, emails, messages, drafting letters, maintaining the office docket calendars, clean up of the kitchen area and general office, and maintaining the office supplies list.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 5+ years of administrative/legal assistant experience. Experience in a law firm is preferred. Must be conscientious, friendly, mature, and understand the confidentiality required in a law firm. Proficient with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, Power- Point and Outlook). Proficient with Windows 8 and 10. Bright with very strong organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy yet able to work quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
