ProfileAnalyst - Improper Payments Specialist The candidate will be acting as a business partner by applying combined legal and compliance judgment to proposed deals, relationships and other issues requiring review and attention. Will be highlighting and resolving improper payments concerns, segregation of duties questions, conflicts of interest, Anti-Kickback concerns, high risk payments, and HCP transparency requirements. Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. Some experience in a corporate or healthcare-related environment is essential. Previous experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast-paced environment is essential. Fluent in Spanish is essential. Experience including legal and compliance review of complex business and/or healthcare relationships, familiarity with Anti-Kickback Statute, HCP transparency requirements, Improper Payments and High Risk Transactions, and analysis of potential Conflicts of Interest is preferred. Paralegal Degree is preferred. Experience in the healthcare industry and previous exposure to medical device or pharmaceutical regulations is preferred.
