General Counsel / Administrative Officer

Profile

We are seeking an individual that will be responsible for building the following areas:

• Legal
  • Develop strategies and work with outside counsel regarding employee legal cases.
  • Advice on real estate, tax, and other issues that may arise in the normal course of business.
• HR
  • Develop HR processes/procedures and documentation from a legal perspective (i.e. non-compete, confidentiality, arbitration agreement, etc)
  • Assist in reviewing and updating handbook.
• Contracts
  • Review and comment on contracts including but not limited to:
    • NDAs
    • FAR Clauses
    • Vendor agreements

We are a manufacturing business in need of leadership that will help build our administrative efforts.  The percentage of work among the categories above will depend on the ebb and flow of urgent and compelling issues that may arise.
