Duties:

• Conducted consultations with potential clients and secured their representation.
• Provide expert advice on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.
• Represent clients as 1st chair in court proceedings, including mediation and depositions.
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in family law.
• Stay updated with Washington Family Law statutes and relevant legal precedents.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in family law, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Washington Bar.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated compassion and a strong desire to assist clients through challenging legal issues.
• Consistent track record of exceeding performance goals in previous roles.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Washington Bar Association.

Skills:

• Expertise in Washington Family Law statutes preferred.
• Strong mentoring and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
