Qualification and Experience
Requirements: 4-year degree plus paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal school preferred. 3+ years of employment paralegal experience with excellent organization skills. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience writing EEOC statements of position. Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
