Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Closing Specialist The candidate will manage multiple ongoing transactions at any given time. Will accurately prepare and review closing documents. Review transaction file for issues and deficiencies and facilitate resolution. Communicate with client or its counsel regarding transaction diligence requirements. Develop relationships with key clients, brokers, and escrow agents. Identify, develop and implement process efficiencies in the transaction process. Proactively develop and maintain relationships with sales and marketing team. Should have Bachelorâ€™s degree or equivalent work experience. Relevant work experience as paralegal or in document preparation, contract reviewing and/or transaction due diligence is desired. required. Must have highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word and Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills.
