Associate General Counsel, eDiscovery The candidate will apply eDiscovery subject matter expertise to meaningfully contribute to strategic planning and road map development. Will bring creative approaches to managing eDiscovery risk and resolving disputes. Lead the development of a scalable review program and assist in the design and implementation of other eDiscovery templates, workflows and policies. Adapt to different working styles to create successful collaborations with eDiscovery team members, case teams, outside counsel, and vendors. Rapidly identify, analyze and address complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication to influence outcomes in cross-functional settings. Assist with legal-vendor management and oversight, and legal-vendor diversity efforts.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have J.D. degree and membership in at least one State Bar. Must have 8+ years of work experience at a law firm or in-house with a focus on eDiscovery and litigation. Must have experience managing projects and supervising people. Experience coordinating with a variety of audiences, including legal, technical, and policy teams, and communicating across cross-functional partnerships is required. Technology company experience is preferred.
