Client Services Representative / Legal Assistant Camdodate will build lasting relationships and provide support for clients throughout their entire case. Will: Consistently build the client relationship and confidence in our firm with every client interaction while proactively contacting clients to ensure the relationship is maintained. Take and/or make 50-75 calls per day in a professional call center environment. Focus on retention of every client while providing excellent customer service. Solve problems and maintain confidentiality. Keep updated records and detailed documentation of client interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database system. Confidently address clientâ€™s concerns and possible complaints. Use good judgment to discern what issues may be urgent and need a managerâ€™s or directorâ€™s attention immediately.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Some College. Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service experience. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Active listening skills 45+ WPM typing speed. Ability to work well with others as a team. Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Reliability and dependability. The ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times. Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal or other legal experience preferred. Spanish speaker strongly preferred.
