Governance Coordinator
Responsibilities: Support TMP Board of Directors operations such as materials preparation and follow-ups, SEC filings, and other operational needs. Coordinate TMP Board of Directors and TMP Annual Shareholder Meeting logistics including event planning/support and travel logistics. Coordinate TMP Board of Directors D&O questionnaire, administration of director compensation, and tracking of director education. Supports Shareholder Relations functions by serving as initial point of contact for shareholders and liaison with American Stock Transfer. Collaborate with the Corporate Secretary on strategic planning and ESG matters, Section 16 filings for SLT, transfer agent matters, investor relations, press releases, and special project research and analysis. related duties to include Corporate Secretary role for Board of Directors, special projects research, logistics for CNY officers/employees’ events, and coordinate tickets and RSVPs for sponsored events. Assist TMP CEO with research requests and special projects. Provide basic administrative support to the General Counsel to include expense reports, travel, and management/processing of legal invoices. Collaborate with Corporate Administrative Officer to provide administrative coverage (answering phone, greeting visitors) for the corporate suite. Coordinate office and boardroom supply orders.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Associates degree or paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, economics, finance, accounting, communications, legal studies) preferred. Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail. Effective research, analytic and writing capabilities. Very good interpersonal relations and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize work programs, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering precise, timely and high-quality work products. Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral). Demonstrated sound judgement and discretion with respect to confidential, material, and sensitive information. Competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); understanding of database/software systems. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
