Duties:
- Manage all aspects of bankruptcy litigation cases
- Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with legal teams across multiple offices
- Potential for travel depending on case requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of bankruptcy litigation experience
- Bar admission in Illinois
- Experience in insurance defense is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Active Bar membership in Illinois.
