Pharmacy Trade Relations Consultant The candidate will work closely with Formulary, Finance and Legal to ensure contract compliance. Will report to a Trade Relations Operations Leader. Work closely with the Medicare and Commercial Contracting Executives to implement Pharmaceutical contracts. Managing, tracking, and coordinating the implementation of pharmaceutical contracts. Collaborating with Contract Managers through the end to end Trade Relations Process. Collaborating with multiple internal functions including Clinical, Finance, Formulary, Data Analytics and Legal. Collaborating with multiple external pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting partners. Providing excellent service to our customers and key stakeholders. Compiling metrics and use to identify and implement continuous process improvement
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or higher. Should have 5+ years significant PBM or industry pharmacy experience and strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. Should have trong consultative and relationship building skills and proven problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent planning and organizational skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Visio, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Pharmacist is desirable. Attorney, paralegal or contracting experience is essential.
