Corporate Secretary Senior Manager The candidate will get the opportunity to be a part of the firm's legal department by providing dedicated legal support in the areas of litigation, counselling, and corporate, commercial, and employment law. Will play an important part in all aspects of regulatory proceedings involving the firm and its personnel by supporting on regulatory issues, advising the firm on matters relating to its operations, supporting the firm's client contracting function, and advising on matters related to employees. Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team. Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations. Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels. Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required. Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism. Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.

Qualification and Experience

The candidae should have a Bachelor's degree. A J.D. degree is preferred. Must have 4+ years of experience. Paralegal qualifications are desired. Should demonstrate intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: managing the legal aspects of a corporate structure, including creation and dissolution of legal entities, board and shareholder resolutions, and legal filings, in each case within the US and abroad; working with senior resources to develop processes, tools and standards for the efficient administration of corporate legal obligations and those of its subsidiaries, including through legal entity management software systems; managing the obligations of a corporate entity and its subsidiaries; developing, updating, and maintaining systems for meeting corporate documentation and corporate compliance requirements; demonstrating strategic and technical orientation in the field of corporate law, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, legal structuring, corporate secretarial activities and legal research and writing; managing corporate secretarial, corporate governance and legal and related corporate tasks with minimal input from other members of the group; managing company secretaries and similar service providers outside the US; preparing board presentations and supporting documentation; working with people in a fast-paced environment; leveraging interpersonal skills and interacting with leadership and staff from a National and Global perspective; utilizing analytical skills; and demonstrating proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google.
