Transactional Legal Secretary
The candidate will provide responsibilities include: document production, file maintenance, compiling of closing sets, and administrative support such as managing attorneys' calendars, billing, and expenses. Must have 3+ years of transactional legal secretary experience, preferably in the commercial finance practice area. Must have experience managing a desk of three or more attorneys. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, including editing, spelling, and proofreading. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have excellent organizational and planning skills. Must have strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and meets deadlines. Must work well as part of a team. Experience with document management systems is preferred.
