Our company an opportunity available to work in the Business and Securities litigation practice groups in our Palo Alto office. Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation, with a preference for experience in securities class actions and internal investigations. The candidate must have (i) 4-6 years of significant litigation experience, preferably including depositions and oral advocacy (ii) practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm (iii) project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality (iv) experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff (v) a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. Experience in the areas of class action defense, corporate governance matters, venture capital litigation, technology litigation, or privacy litigation preferred but not required. Admission to and being in good standing with the California bar is required. Successful candidate will join a dynamic office of a nationally prominent Litigation practice. EOE.
