ProfileDeputy Chief Assistant Attorney General The candidate will advocate for utility customers in proceedings before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, with some practice before state courts and federal administrative agencies. Will be tasked with researching, analyzing, and presenting complex financial and legal information. Communicate this information professionally and clearly to support staff, to the Attorney Generalâ€™s executive staff, to outside stakeholders, in a trial setting, and with the public. Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma with 4+ yearsâ€™ experience in the practice of law, including substantial litigation and/or administrative experience. Substantial experience in areas of litigation and/or administrative practice, including discovery, hearings, and preparing written legal briefs is preferred. Substantial experience in public utility rate regulation, accounting, finance, and/or energy markets is desired.
