New York City office of our client seeks a commercial litigation associate attorney with 2-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be responsible for appearance in labor defense matters, and general commercial litigation; extensive research; and drafting of pleadings, memoranda, briefs, court, and adversarial correspondences, etc. Must have verifiable experience handling complex motion practice.
