Paralegal, Corporate and Compliance The candidate will handle a variety of paralegal responsibilities, including corporate transactions, entity management, preparing and monitoring subscriptions documents, and working with board matters. Will be involved with financial compliance and monitoring managed accounts. Must have 2+ years of legal experience, either in a law firm or in-house legal department. Experience handling corporate transactions, entity management, and board matters is essential. Prior experience in the private equity, asset management, or investment industry is a huge plus. Should have experience in corporate transactions and financial compliance. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; paralegal certificate is required. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills, including advanced skills in Excel spreadsheets is essential.
