Years of Experience
I am basically looking to hire "me" 20 years ago for an entry level bankruptcy (debtor-side) associate attorney who has passed the PA bar. Top of law school class not required, but ability to work with Ch. 7 and Ch. 13 clients requested and desire to help the most needy members of our community a "must". I will mentor the applicant and the first year will be a lot training and meeting with clients who have easier issues and will handle 341 meetings with trustees and motions court with judges almost immediately. This type of work is a high volume practice and not a good fit, honestly, for everyone's personality. Our clients often need a little more hand holding, but helping them is extremely rewarding. It is the job that I wish that I would have started with and, in retrospect, hanging my own shingle created challenging circumstances that would have been avoided with a good mentor to help me.
Salary: $35,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
