Keep doing what you are doing. You make it a great place to work and learn and the employees that I know thoroughly enjoy that.

Pros : Working here makes me feel like I'm on another level with my career. Everyone is amazing at what they do and that makes me very happy.
Cons : It is a stressful environment sometimes with how much comes through and needs to be done. That does come with the type of business though.
