This role is responsible for managing a book of fiduciary and investment management accounts for high-net-worth clients and beneficiaries, including multi-generational families. Key responsibilities include overseeing the administration and business development of complex investment management and trust accounts, as well as educating clients, associates, and Centers of Influence on trust products. The successful candidate will also work with teams to drive business development and retention, assist clients with wealth planning needs, and manage risk. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for fiduciary administration, including reviewing trust instruments, managing risk, and conducting periodic trust reviews - Coordinate investment management accounts, including opening and closing accounts, money movement, and account maintenance - Engage with clients and prospects to build and transfer wealth tailored to their unique goals - Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to client accounts and portfolios - Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects Key Attributes/Competencies: - Technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate and wealth transfer planning - Proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to provide solutions within the bank's risk/reward profile - Strong sales skills and ability to close deals - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - High level of understanding of high net worth clients' concerns and issues - Ability to connect with and understand the needs of high-net-worth clients Desired Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years of trust administration and estate planning experience - Professional certification such as CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, or CPA (or 6 months away from obtaining certification) Skills: - Risk management - Business development - Client management - Wealth planning - Customer and client focus - Branding of client experience - Advisory for client solutions - Process management - Decision making - Presentation skills - Prospecting - Financial analysis - Attention to detail - Critical thinking - Planning Minimum Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference and grow your career at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
