Duties

  • Handle fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring practice area.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review complex finance-related agreements and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research to support transaction strategies and decision-making.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic guidance on fund finance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices in all finance-related transactions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in transactional law; finance law experience is preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials with proven research and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.
