Analyst, Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and maintaining fund documentation; drafting correspondence; conducting research; maintaining files; and coordinating information exchange with clients, business and regulators. Will be entailing light administrative duties, including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, maintenance of Excel databases and regulatory exam administration. Should have 1-3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Must have strong communication skills including editing and proofreading, organizational ability, problem solving and self-motivation. Detail orientation and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel are essential. A college degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA approved institution is required.
