Job Overview: A law firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their tax team. The role requires expertise in strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and/or real estate matters (including REITs). The Associate Attorney should possess exceptional writing, oral communication, and analytical skills, along with top academic credentials. The candidate must have the ability and desire to think creatively about interesting, difficult, and often novel legal problems.

Job Details:

Requirements:

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
