Job Title: Patent Prosecution Paralegal
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years
Salary: $75,100 - $139,300
Location: Chicago, Houston, Washington DC, Milwaukee, Detroit, Salt Lake City, Boston, San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, Denver, and more

Responsibilities

- Support intellectual property attorneys to provide excellent service to clients
- Manage client portfolios, including all filings and correspondence for US, PCT, and foreign prosecution
- Create, revise, and file prosecution documents
- Correspond with foreign associates and timely report official correspondence
- Consistently achieve 1500 billable hour requirement
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Minimum of four (4) years' experience in international, PCT, and US prosecution
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required, college degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Must meet requirements to be a Paralegal in California
- Thorough knowledge of patent procedural requirements of USPTO practices required

Salary Information

- Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, salary ranges between $75,100 - $128,100
- Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, salary ranges between $75,100 - $122,500
- Pursuant to the Washington DC Pay Transparency Law and New York City Human Rights Law, salary ranges between $81,900 - $133,700
- Actual offered amount will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, and geographic market
