Part-time Paralegal Candidate will provide overall support to attorney's needs. Responsibilities will include: Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents (such as pleadings, discovery and motions); Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes; Record and store client information; File openings; Trial preparation; Summarizing medical records and compilation of treatment timelines; Extensive client contact; Managing attorney’s calendar; Frequent Interaction with opposing counsel and Court personnel.

Qualification and Experience

​Qualifications: Previous experience in the specialty of personal injury; Problem solving skills; Ability to prioritize and multitask; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Deadline and detail-oriented; must be proficient in MS Word. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and Excel also required. Should be reliable, focused, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be a motivated team player who takes pride in their work, and possesses the ability to follow through on assignments independently.
