Legal Affairs Coordinator The candidate will be a critical contributor to the Company's customer contracting and RFP response processes. Will also help develop and maintain the Company's record keeping system, assist in drafting certain customer correspondence, support contract execution, and complete various forms and documentation for customer contracts and registrations. Specific roles and responsibilities: RFP Support: Provides administrative support to the company's Proposal Manager by completing various forms and questionnaires, securing management signatures, preparing and shipping proposal responses, etc. Contract Support: Completes contract forms and questionnaires required for customers; coordinates with other departments, such as HR, Accounting, and IT, to gather information necessary to finalize contract documentation; Contract Documentation: Keeps log of the status of all outstanding contract documentation; works with all internal teams, including Customer Success and Renewals, to ensure that all executed documentation is received and filed correctly; Documentation Support - Maintains electronic files of company contracts, as well as supplemental documentation pertinent to the company's relationships; assists with the maintenance of Legal Team record keeping and filing; ensures historical files are complete and accurate; Customer Correspondence - Assists in drafting Company correspondence with customers; DocuSign - Expedites large document mailings/execution of legal documents via DocuSign; Content Licensing Support - Coordinates with Content and Accounting Teams to provide contract and payment support for external publisher partners; Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. Experience working in a legal role or contract administration capacity (preferably in a corporate setting). Strong organizational skill and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with high growth companies, publishing industry or government contracting a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication.
