We pride ourselves on offering the most comprehensive advocacy to our clients. We only practice criminal law which includes lower-level misdemeanors to murder.

Criminal law is a high-stress environment. Most clients seek our help when they are experiencing the lowest point in their lives. It is imperative that their legal team understands and can offer a solution. As a team member, everyone in the firm works together to ease the client and provide the advocacy needed. We don’t judge. We defend.

Company Profile

We are a two-attorney firm with 2 legal assistants. We have been practicing since 2004 and have been continuously growing. We are looking for a paralegal to add to our team. Our central office is in Ft. Walton Beach. This position requires full time employment at the Ft. Walton Beach office. We have 2 satellite offices that are not currently staffed. Satellite offices may be staffed in the future. We are looking for the right fit for the firm. Simply, we are willing to relocate and compensate the right candidate. So, what can you expect with F&M? Although we are a small firm practicing only criminal defense, we are a very fast-paced environment. We have built a strong reputation of excellence and constantly develop creative solutions to highly complex criminal matters. We are looking for a candidate that wants to be involved and wants a career, not a job. We do not want someone who punches a time clock. We want collaboration and someone who can empathize with our clients. While we do handle smaller misdemeanor cases, our forte is felony cases. We have become a “go to firm” for people charged with serious sexual offenses and serious felonies facing prison. Most cases we defend involve high stakes and life-ending implications. For that reason, it is imperative that we find the right candidate who can balance compassion, level-headedness, and professionalism.
