Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior/mid-level patent prosecution attorney with experience. The candidate must be experienced in patent prosecution (including excellent drafting skills), and preferably have at least experience with litigation support, licensing, post-grant, and opinion work. Must have excellent writing skills and academic credentials. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or equivalent is required. Patent Bar membership or ability to qualify for the Patent Bar is required. Experience with technologies such as those listed above is preferred. Must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
