Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Must have 2-5 years of legal assistant & litigation experience in Pennsylvania. Experience in New Jersey is desirable. Experience in Construction Litigation and Asbestos preferred. Knowledge of federal and state court filing requirements. Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great interpersonal skills. Computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
