Attorney The candidate will provide both programatic and legal support to the agency, its offices and programs. Will work to implement strategic initiatives that support the agency vision and long-term plans. Develop and implement methods to track results and resolve problems that may arise. Handle a variety of legal and non-legal matters as assigned and develops substantive legal knowledge necessary to meet this function. Performs other duties as required. The candidate must have a juris doctor degree or its equivalent from an accredited law school. Must be licensed as an attorney in the United States for at least 10 years. License to practice law in South Carolina.
