Paralegal - Marketing/Contracts Duties: Responsible for organizing, reviewing, drafting, and maintaining marketing agreements, promotions, sweepstakes, communications, incentives, and other related documents associated with Hotels and Resorts hotel brands, affiliate and loyalty program marketing and advertising campaigns and performing other duties as assigned. Will have dual reporting to two Senior Counsels â€“ Legal. Marketing responsibilities include, reviewing, drafting, and editing the following materials and documents for our 20 hotel brands, affiliate marketing and Wyndham Rewards loyalty program: Commercial contracts such as sponsorship agreements, agency agreements, personal appearance/talent agreements, consultant agreements, master services agreements, indemnification agreements, participation agreements, releases, insertion orders, and statements of work, amendments, and termination notices for such agreements; Sweepstakes and contest rules (full and abbreviated versions) and related marketing/creative material; Promotion, exclusive rate, and partner terms and conditions and related marketing/creative material; Marketing creative for emails, websites, direct-mail, print advertising, on-property materials, videos, banner ads; Wyndham Rewards member communications; Surveys; Terms and conditions and related marketing/creative material for new and updated programs; Event terms and conditions and related marketing/creative material; Press releases; Sales Team ads; Global conference communications/marketing. Maintain a database of vendor contracts and serve as a resource for the business teams.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree; 3+ years of marketing/ advertising experience in law firm or corporate law department; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Excellent problem solving and decision making skills; Ability to think strategically, critically and creatively and to analyze details for achieving objectives; Ability to understand and explain risk in various scenarios; Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task on a large number of complex issues; Excellent computer skills; Attention to detail; Flexibility for overtime when needed and Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with client, including senior executives. Excellent ability to handle significant work load; Excellent writing and comprehension skills; Excellent attention to detail and precision; Excellent organizational and time management skills; and Familiarity with issues relating to consumer advertising and promotion.
