"High Workload"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

Maybe leadership should ease up on the workload, especially for newer associates. The firm would probably have less of a problem with burnout and attrition if they did.

Pros : If you're a newer attorney you're going to get a lot of experience working here. Sometimes it seems like I have more cases than I can handle, but I know that I'm getting exposure to things that I otherwise wouldn't have.
Cons : The high workload is a both a good and a bad thing. On the one hand I get to see a lot of cases, but on the other hand it can feel like I'm drowning in work. I've seen some other new associates burn out.
