Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Manage case files from initial client intake to settlement or trial. Order medical records and other documents needed to advance the case. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Manage supervising attorney's schedule. Maintain client communications.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate shall possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma and shall have 2 years’ experience working in a law office or equivalent legal operation. Must have working knowledge of judicial procedures. Familiarity with Workers' Compensation Social Security Administration a plus. Should have knowledge of Medicare reporting requirements. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
